Office location: Kraków, Poland Salary levels: 15 000 – 18 000 PLN/ month Work Style: hybrid (2-3 days from the office / week preferred). Wymagania: - - 6+ years of experience in manual software testing. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, tools and processes. - Strong ownership mindset with the confidence to make decisions and take responsibility for quality outcomes. - Proactive attitude, identifies risks, raises concerns early, and drives issues to resolution independently. - Comfortable challenging assumptions and advocating for quality standards across teams. - Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication and accountability. - Experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications. - Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. - Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports. - Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Skills in any modern programming language (Node.js, C# preferred) and database (SQL & NoSQL) queries are a plus. - ISTQB certification as a plus. - Availability to work 11:00 - 19:00 CET, 2-3 days / week - Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2+). Codzienne zadania: - Develop and execute manual test cases based on product requirements and specifications. - Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. - Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing to ensure software stability. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance product quality. - Validate fixes and perform thorough retesting of resolved issues. - Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. - Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Work closely with automation engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation. - Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for software testing.
