- designing and executing manual test cases - reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback - participating in story refinements to define clear and testable acceptance criteria - collaborating with developers, analysts, and product owners to validate requirements and user stories - preparing own test data - managing test environments, tracking defects, and following through to resolution - supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users or external vendors - ensuring that testing aligns with regulatory, security, and operational requirements (e.g., GDPR, DORA)
