Senior QA Engineer (Web Applications)

O projekcie: We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring high product quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle. You will act as a QA advocate, shaping testing practices, reviewing new features, and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product teams. Wymagania: - Strong experience in front-end web testing. - Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of test strategy planning and execution. - Experience with accessibility testing standards and tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to advocate for quality and drive continuous improvement. Codzienne zadania: - Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including architecture, design, testing, development, and delivery. - Review incoming features, define testing scope, and provide estimations and feedback. - Perform front-end web testing, including integration, functional, regression, exploratory, and automated testing. - Plan, execute, and report on test strategies within Agile teams. - Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and product owners to ensure high-quality delivery. - Promote best testing practices and help shape team testing culture. - Conduct accessibility testing using assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers). - Maintain clear documentation and communicate testing outcomes effectively.
