About the Project
As a Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex applications in the finance/stock exchange industry. You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies, execute test cases, and drive quality improvements.

- Testing Methodologies: Functional, Regression, UAT, Exploratory, Performance Testing
- Defect Tracking & Test Management: JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray
- API Testing: Postman, Swagger
- Databases: SQL, Oracle
- Agile & CI/CD: Scrum, Kanban, Jenkins, Git

Wymagania:
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management
- Hands-on experience with test case management and issue-tracking tools
- Ability to perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Good command of English
Nice to Have
- Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with basic automation concepts and scripting
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level)

- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Document test results, report defects, and participate in root cause analysis
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes
