Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Software Development Engineer in Test 3 days in the office per week + 2 days remote work Responsibilities: • Perform requirements analysis and challenge requirements when they are unclear or incomplete • Prepare test scenarios and test cases • Prepare and manage test data • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Robot Framework and Python • Implement automated solutions supporting day‑to‑day tasks • Plan and execute test activities • Analyze test results and report defects • Execute automated regression tests as part of CI/CD pipelines • Identify and implement improvements in daily processes, tasks, and challenges   Requirements: • 5+ years of professional experience developing in Python • 5+ years of experience working with database technologies • 5+ years of experience using Git • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Robot Framework • 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) • Strong practical experience with Linux environments and Bash scripting • Solid experience in test planning, execution, automation, and defect management • Experience with test management tools such as qTest or Zephyr • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo, Jira, and Bitbucket • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills • Confidence to challenge inefficient solutions and processes, with the ability to propose improved alternatives • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams Nice to have: • Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies • Knowledge of streaming and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, IBM MQ) • Working knowledge of DevOps practices and ways of working   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
