Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions. Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams. Ability to work autonomously and lead testing efforts across teams. Excellent communication skills and a strong user-first mindset. Mentor and coach engineers and SDETs on testing strategies and quality standards. Support and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases.
