Senior Software QA

Nasze wymagania: Strong QA methodology knowledge (ISTQB Foundation) Excellent skills with documenting and troubleshooting errors (JIRA) Knowledge of Test Automation Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure Ability to writing technical documentation (Confluence) Familiarity with different types of testing (regression, exploration, performance, E2E, FVT, penetration) Knowledge of software development life cycle Strong organizational skills and communication skills Have ability to work in team Good English communication skills (speaking and writing) At least 7 years’ experience as test engineer (including experience in test automation) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline Mile widziane: API Testing: JMeter, Swagger Knowledge of Test Automation with corresponding tools/frameworks (Playwright, Selenium) Knowledge of tools: Ranorex, XRay, GIT, Jenkins Understanding Agile software development process Analytical mind, interested in new technologies and not afraid of new challenges Experience with contemporary quality approaches such as TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD Programming skills (preferred C#, JavaScript, PowerShell) Knowledge of MS SQL and T-SQL scripts and procedures. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure) Good understanding of software development processes (JIRA, Git, Branching, Pull Request). Especially, agile development methods (SCRUM, Kanban) O projekcie: We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute manual, exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate should be an open-minded engineer with a willingness to develop yourself and the ability to work with rather a complex system. Location: At least 3 times per week in Katowice office required Zakres obowiązków: Creating test cases and test reports based on test plan Leading the test activities within the project Create, update, maintain and execute API and UX tests Create, maintain and improve test automation Preparing clear, concise and comprehensive test concepts Review and retest test failures and verify fixes Report progress to the test manager Deployment of new environments and updating existing environments Participate in product planning and design Collaborate with all product development teams Setting up and maintaining test environments. Pay Transparency Statement The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 10,900.00 PLN gross Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
