Senior Test Automation Engineer (Tosca)

Nasze wymagania: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in test automation, preferably with enterprise-class systems. Proven experience in defining independent test automation and performance testing approaches. Strong practical knowledge of the Tosca test automation framework. C# programming skills for automation tasks and scripting. Good understanding of software delivery processes and agile methodologies. Very good command of English for daily communication with international project teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, evidence-based test reports. Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage priorities. Mile widziane: Experience in performance testing and familiarity with tools such as JMeter or equivalent. Experience testing CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365). Prior experience in an international project environment. Practical SQL skills for test data validation and troubleshooting. ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification. Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD concepts and container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes. Knowledge of multiple operating system concepts. O projekcie: The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring that delivered software meets the highest quality standards. Reporting to the delivery lead, the candidate will collaborate with customers and internal delivery teams to define automated testing scope and approach, lead a small team of technical testers, and own the creation, execution and maintenance of automated test suites using the Tosca framework. Zakres obowiązków: Review and analyse system and functional requirements to derive testable criteria. Collaborate with clients and the delivery team to define the scope, objectives and approach for test automation and, where applicable, performance testing. Design, create, execute and maintain automated test scripts and test suites in Tosca to verify system behaviour and regression readiness. Analyse test results, identify defects and risks, and provide clear, actionable reports on testing progress and quality status to stakeholders. Lead and mentor a small team of technical testers, coordinating workload distribution and ensuring consistency of automation standards and practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation practices, including integration with CI/CD pipelines and adoption of relevant DevOps practices. Act independently and proactively to resolve issues, escalate where necessary, and ensure timely delivery of testing activities. Oferujemy: Remote working.
