Senior Test Data Specialists/Engineers

Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Senior Test Data Specialists/Engineers to join an innovative project focused on enhancing the customer home journey process. This role will be integral in executing the test data strategy while fostering collaboration within a diverse team environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in test data management and automation.
Main Responsibilities:
The core duties include:
• Test data engineering, creating and maintaining reusable test data assets.
• Developing automated test data provisioning solutions.
• Implementing data masking and anonymization routines compliant with GDPR.
• Creating synthetic test datasets and business-realistic data combinations.
• Provisioning test data to non-production environments.
• Integrating test data generation into automation frameworks.
• Monitoring data availability and quality.
• Documenting processes, standards, and data dependencies.
Key Requirements:
• 8+ years in Test Data Management or Test Automation.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases, data extraction, and transformation.
• Hands-on implementation of TDM solutions.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and setups.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM.
• Familiarity with Curiosity Software and Delphix.
• Knowledge of the financial services domain.
• API testing experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• AI-assisted test data creation knowledge.
• Support for large-scale E2E customer journey testing.
