Senior Test Engineer (Java | Test Automation)

For our Client – an international organization delivering large-scale technology solutions – we are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, test design, and structured test management. This role is ideal for a disciplined and detail-oriented tester who enjoys working at the intersection of automation, quality engineering, and collaboration with development teams. The position focuses on expanding and maintaining automated test coverage while ensuring high standards of quality across the system. 📍 Location: Poland (remote) | occasional visits to the office in Warsaw ⏳ Contract: B2B | 12 months with possible extension 🚀 Your responsibilities • Develop and maintain automated tests using Java • Contribute to the development and improvement of the internal test automation framework (custom Java-based framework) • Design and document test scenarios and test cases • Execute component, system, and integration testing • Perform manual testing when required • Manage test execution, defects, and documentation using Jira and Confluence • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery • Clearly communicate test results, risks, and quality insights 🎯 What we expect • 8–10+ years of professional experience in software testing • Strong Java programming skills • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks • Solid knowledge of test design and test management practices • Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence • Ability to work across both automated and manual testing • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Fluent English C1 ⭐ Nice to have • Experience testing integration-heavy or event-driven platforms Thank you for all applications.
