You will be responsible for testing complex Pega-based decisioning and personalization solutions, ensuring quality across enterprise-scale implementations. 📍 Germany / Europe (Remote) 💼 Contract / Permanent 🗣 German C1 | English C1 Zakres obowiązków: Lead and execute end-to-end testing for Pega CDH implementations Test decision strategies, NBA/NBO, propositions, and customer journeys Design and review test strategies, plans, cases, and test data Validate decision logic, adaptive models, offers, arbitration, and real-time interactions Perform functional, integration, regression, system testing, and UAT support Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners Ensure quality, data accuracy, and compliance standards Support defect triage and root cause analysis Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders
