Senior Test Engineer (Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)

Wymagania: - 10+ years experience in software testing / QA - 2–5 years hands-on experience with Pega CDH - Strong understanding of: - Decision management - Marketing automation - Personalization - Experience testing: - Business rules - Decision strategies - Customer journeys - Strong knowledge of SDLC / STLC / testing best practices - German C1 (mandatory) - Strong analytical and communication skills Zakres obowiązków: - Lead and execute end-to-end testing for Pega CDH implementations - Test decision strategies, NBA/NBO, propositions, and customer journeys - Design and review test strategies, plans, cases, and test data - Validate decision logic, adaptive models, offers, arbitration, and real-time interactions - Perform functional, integration, regression, system testing, and UAT support - Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners - Ensure quality, data accuracy, and compliance standards - Support defect triage and root cause analysis - Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders
