We’re currently looking for an experienced Test Manager to join a long-term enterprise cooperation focused on complex IT systems and large-scale organizational initiatives. This role combines quality leadership, cross-functional coordination, and operational ownership across large enterprise environments, including business-critical systems and regulated domains such as the energy sector. You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery standards across multiple projects and environments. Wymagania: What we’re looking for:- Strong commercial experience as a Test Manager in enterprise environments- Experience coordinating complex testing processes across multiple teams- Experience with test strategy creation and quality governance- Understanding of system, integration, regression, and UAT testing- Experience with defect management and release readiness processes- Proven experience delivering enterprise projects in regulated or business-critical environments- Ability to present documented project experience and delivery track record- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills It would be great if you also have:- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification (or equivalent)- Experience in the energy sector- Experience working with external vendors and distributed teams- Experience in large infrastructure, telecom, banking, or regulated organizations- Experience improving testing processes at organizational level- English will be considered a plus Codzienne zadania: - Define and maintain testing strategies for enterprise initiatives - Coordinate system, integration, regression, and UAT testing activities - Manage testing documentation, reporting, and quality metrics - Lead and coordinate testing teams and testing activities - Monitor testing progress, risks, and release readiness - Supervise defect management and escalation processes - Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams - Support continuous improvement of testing and quality processes - Participate in governance, reporting, and decision-support activities
