Service Delivery Manager (QA)-W

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong QA and testing background to lead testing delivery within large enterprise programs. This role involves managing multiple testing teams, ensuring quality governance across program releases, and representing QA delivery at program management level. You will be working on large-scale public-facing platforms across web and mobile environments, validating complex application ecosystems including functional, integration, system, and non-functional testing.  Location: Warsaw / Gdansk – Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)  Employment Type: Permanent (UOP) Salary: competitive Salary+ benefits Start: ASAP Send CV to (marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple testing teams across program releases • Represent testing delivery within program governance • Drive test planning and execution strategies • Ensure test sufficiency, coverage, effectiveness, and quality • Implement metrics-driven test execution • Manage test reports, defect tracking, and go/no-go decisions • Lead daily testing progress meetings and reporting • Coordinate testing across SIT, E2E, and Data Migration testing • Define testing priorities and work plans across testing tracks • Ensure high-quality test deliverables • Communicate effectively with customers, development teams, and test leads Requirements • 10+ years experience in QA / Testing • Proven experience as Test Manager / QA Delivery Manager • Strong experience in test planning and execution • Experience managing large QA teams • Strong experience in automation-first testing strategies • Experience managing testing metrics and reporting • Strong experience across SIT, E2E, and integration testing • Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills
