We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer to join a hybrid development team working on innovative, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions in an Agile and DevSecOps-oriented environment. Project information: Type of project: Product development / IT services Office location: Warsaw, Poland Work mode: Hybrid, 2 – 3 times per week onsite Budget: 100 – 120 PLN/net/h + VAT on B2B Project length: Long-term Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability) Zakres obowiązków: Write and execute manual test scenarios using Gherkin (BDD style) Identify, prioritize, and analyze defects and bugs Deliver clear and structured quality reports to stakeholders Implement, maintain, and improve regression test scenarios Participate in and facilitate quality ceremonies such as Bug Triage, 3 Amigos, and Quality Chapter meetings Design, develop, and maintain product-oriented automated test scenarios Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global Quality Strategy Promote a shift-left approach and ensure end-to-end product quality Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams Share QA best practices and quality standards within the squad.
