Nasze wymagania:
2-3 years of experience in testing or other technical position
Knowledge of consumer electronic products from user’s perspective
Ability to draw conclusions based on data from multiple sources
Good command of English (B2 level or above)
Able to multitask
Determination and persistence to achieve target
Able to adapt to the fast-changing business environment
Higher education in a science field

Experience in the Mobile and/or Wearable industry
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
O projekcie:
We are looking for a Software Test Engineer for various projects in Software Integration & Maintenance department. He or she will cooperate with R&D engineers and local offices to ensure swift, complex and accurate solutions of software issues for customers from all over the world for Mobile and Wearable devices.
Zakres obowiązków:
Troubleshooting of customer software problems reported on the market – including testing, requirement checks, knowledge supplementation and offering permanent and temporary solutions to every problem.
Cooperating with R&D teams, local offices, headquarters (China) to ensure proper information flow and quality of output from each team.
Regular reporting of the issue status, including critical risks for each issue
Detecting and reporting main weak points in software and UX – presenting conclusions and monitoring improvements
Ensuring timely and accurate project progress and monitoring KPIs such as ticket duration and timely closure rate
