Test Automation Engineer

You will work closely with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure high quality, reliability, and efficient test automation processes across the software delivery lifecycle.     Responsibilities you'll have • Build, maintain, and improve automated test processes within a Continuous Delivery environment • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and robust test automation solutions using Java-based frameworks and Selenium • Collaborate closely with Development, DevOps, and Product Management teams to ensure high software quality across all releases • Prepare, manage, and automate test data for complex testing scenarios and environments • Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and support defect reporting and resolution processes • Extend and enhance Selenium libraries within existing Java frameworks, applying best practices such as the Page Object Model (POM) • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines dedicated to automated testing and test libraries • Support REST API testing and integration testing activities • Execute SQL queries and validate data across different database systems • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement automation improvements for everyday testing activities   Expected competences and knowledge • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and fluent English • Ownership attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement • 3+ years of experience in test automation using Java-based frameworks and REST API testing • 3+ years of experience with Java, Maven (or similar), SQL, and database technologies • Hands-on experience with Jenkins or Bamboo, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Git • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify quality risks Technologies you'll work with • Java • Selenium • REST API testing tools • Maven • SQL • Database technologies • Jenkins / Bamboo • Git • Bitbucket
