Test Automation Engineer

Join us to shape the future of technology together!We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer who will join a project for our client in the travel technology industry. To ensure strong collaboration with on-site functional experts and customer care, the team operates in a 50/50 hybrid model (Warsaw). What you will do: • Participate in QA forums and contribute to methodology, framework, and tooling evolution. • Define and execute test standards for complex, cross-functional solutions. • Apply QA methodologies: test planning, design, execution, and reporting. • Manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. • Design and improve scalable test automation frameworks (Selenium, Selenium Grid). • Perform code reviews and ensure automation best practices. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). • Maintain high-quality standards and define relevant KPIs. • Promote and optimize testing tools and environments. • Support environmental impact measurement and reduction in QA activities.
