O projekcie: Test Automation Engineer Lead (Cybersecurity) We are looking for a Test Engineer Lead to join a global Cyber Security team responsible for application and infrastructure security testing across pre-production and production environments. The team develops and integrates security scanning, vulnerability management, and reporting solutions within a Kubernetes and cloud-based ecosystem. - Type of contract: B2B (hourly rate, no paid days off) - Hybrid model: 6 days per month from the office (Cracow/ Warsaw) What We Offer - Participation in a global, high-impact project - Cooperation based on a B2B contract (hourly rate, no paid days off) + Benefits - Hybrid model: 2 days per week from the office in Cracow/ Warsaw. Wymagania: Requirements - 5+ years of experience in software development and/or test automation, including leadership experience. - Proven experience building and executing test strategies. - Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and secure SDLC principles. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments. - Ability to define and analyze QA metrics. - Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks is a strong advantage. Codzienne zadania: - Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for security platforms and services. - Design, automate, and integrate testing frameworks within CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines. - Ensure end-to-end quality assurance across deployments. - Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams. - Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage. - Mentor team members and establish testing standards and best practices. - Report QA metrics and progress to senior stakeholders.
