Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Nasze wymagania: Skills in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks Proficiency in using Java for creating robust and scalable applications, with expertise in object-oriented programming and automation integration. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser-based testing, dynamic element handling, and cross-browser compatibility. Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for backend testing, data validation, and analysis across relational databases. Proficiency in Git for version control, including branching, merging, and maintaining clean code repositories. Experience in API testing with tools like Postman and RestAssured, validating response structures and automating integration tests. Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level Zakres obowiązków: Primary Action: Architect and build critical test frameworks that support multiple teams. Integration: Define the strategy for contract testing between microservices. Implementation: Solve complex synchronization and parallel execution issues. Quality: Establish quality gates in the pipeline and ensure adherence to standards. Collaboration: Guide the team during technical planning and help resolve blockers. Operations: Analyse test metrics to identify brittle tests and plan improvements. Documentation: Write architectural decision records (ADRs) to track important framework choices. Learning: Mentor junior and professional engineers to help them advance their careers. Stakeholder: Advise product management on the technical feasibility of quality goals. Improvement: Drive the adoption of new tools that increase feedback velocity.
