Test Engineering Lead

Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven expertise in developing and implementing test strategies. Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps tools and processes, with the ability to conceptualize secure development pipelines. Advanced data analytical skills to create and track QA metrics. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines. Zakres obowiązków: As a Test Engineer Lead, you will be a key member of the Testing team, responsible for designing, developing, automating, deploying, and integrating testing tools and frameworks within global QA processes. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies to ensure robust quality assurance across deliverables. • Validating solutions and providing technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. • Driving automation initiatives and prioritizing technology enhancements to optimize testing efficiency. • Facilitating the community of practice, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders. • Offering strategic leadership for all testing activities, setting direction and standards to support quality goals.
