Test Manager

Location: Remote from EUStart Date: June 1, 2026 Duration: Until December 31, 2026 (with possible extension) Workload: Full-time Contract: B2B Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead and manage the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation. The role involves overseeing all testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality delivery and system readiness before go-live. Key Responsibilities • Define and manage the overall ERP testing strategy, including SIT and UAT phases • Plan, coordinate, and execute test activities in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders • Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data • Monitor and track test execution progress, defects, and resolution status • Ensure timely identification, reporting, and follow-up of issues and risks • Validate end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data migration • Ensure quality standards are met and the system is fully ready for go-live • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams throughout the testing lifecycle Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Test Manager in ERP implementations • Strong knowledge of SIT and UAT processes and methodologies • Experience coordinating across business and IT teams • Solid understanding of end-to-end process validation, integrations, and data migration • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills • Experience with large-scale or global ERP programs • Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems • Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
