How you will get the job done • overseeing application testing and providing direction on testing tools, test case/plan documentation, and overseeing the execution of test plans • working hands-on to document and implement test cases to support new product/project enhancements • updating and maintaining the overall test concept with a strong focus on test strategy, ensuring alignment between different projects • supporting project teams in setting up detailed and effective test cases specifically in SAP BW, Data Warehouse (DWH) environments, ECM, and Automation Applications such as the Power Platform • leading regression and performance testing of existing solutions e.g. SAP or ECM • producing reliable assessments of software readiness • participating in design and testing sessions across teams • supporting implementing automated testing solutions for operational efficiencies • helping create requirements for system enhancements or defect resolutions • designing and implementing Test Data Management solutions based on defined frameworks • requesting and managing test environments (e.g. Monitoring, Incident Management, Change Management, and Batch Management) and taking responsibility for setting up new test environments • providing subject matter expertise in troubleshooting issues with systems and conveying that to product development teams Skills and experience you will need • fluent command of Business English • university degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar field • 3+ years of experience managing team members and executing test plans • familiarity with testing methodologies, test case documentation, and execution of custom-developed applications • technical expertise with query-based database tools and relational SQL databases • proven expertise with SAP BW, Data Warehouse (DWH) environments, and experience in driving automated testing initiatives, will be a strong plus • knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and processes work collaboratively in a team environment • excellent communication and presentation skills Nice to have • ITIL certification or willingness to pursue one Perks & Benefits Let's be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
