Test Manager / Managerka

Nasze wymagania: Java Selenium SQL API testing O projekcie: The main goal is to oversee the process of building and executing automated and manual tests (without personally developing automation) and to ensure that testing and deployment activities comply with required standards. The person in this role will actively participate in project meetings, recommend and drive solutions, and support the Scrum team with domain/business knowledge to maintain a high quality of delivered outcomes. Zakres obowiązków: Analyze, supervise, and control testing activities and deployment processes in line with Nordea standards Control and ensure quality across all phases of the test lifecycle (ensuring solid implementation) Oversee the preparation and execution process for both automated and manual testing (governance/coordination) Bring business/domain knowledge into the Scrum team to ensure delivered solutions fit business needs Report, assign, and track defect resolution end-to-end to improve the quality of future releases Supervise test cases in the DS, MDM and A areas Actively participate in meetings, propose solutions, and ensure they are implemented within the project (acting as a “driving force”)
