Responsibilities: • Lead and Mentor: Manage and guide a team of QA members to foster continuous improvement. • Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy for the products. • AI in Testing: Explore and integrate AI-powered testing solutions for better testing capabilities. • Test Planning and Execution: Create and carry out test plans for new features and products, covering various testing types. • Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to align on product requirements and ensure quality implementation. • Reporting and Metrics: Establish and monitor key quality metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Stay Current: Keep abreast of QA trends and technologies, promoting their adoption as needed. Key Requirements: • Strong experience in quality assurance methodologies and practices. • Proven track record in developing automation strategies. • Hands-on experience with AI techniques applicable to testing. • Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities. • Proficiency in test planning and execution across various test types.
