Test Team Lead

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive testing strategy, quality standards, and automation practices across multiple teams and programmes. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting distributed teams and ensuring high-quality product delivery. Wymagania: - Proven experience in backend automation testing (APIs, microservices, databases). - Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, REST Assured, Postman or similar). - Strong leadership and team management experience, ideally with remote or distributed teams. - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have - Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments. - Experience shaping QA strategy across multiple teams. - Background in Agile delivery environments. Codzienne zadania: - Define and implement test strategies across multiple teams and projects. - Lead, mentor, and manage test engineers and contractors working in cross-functional teams. - Promote best practices in automation testing and quality engineering. - Collaborate with discipline leads and stakeholders to improve testing processes and product quality. - Provide regular reporting on test progress, quality metrics, and team performance. - Support troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle. - Advocate Agile and Lean testing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure alignment with organisational quality standards and product strategy.
