We are looking for a QA/Manual Tester to join an advanced cybersecurity team, ensuring robust and secure software delivery across global projects. Sounds like your kind of challenge?  #LI- Hybrid – 6 days a month from the office in Kraków What you get in return - Flexible cooperation model – choose the form that suits you best (B2B, employment contract, etc.) - Hybrid work setup – 6 days a month from the office in Kraków - Collaborative team culture – work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge  - Continuous development – access to training platforms and growth opportunities  - Comprehensive benefits – including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more  - High quality equipment – laptop and essential software provided Wymagania: - Excellent understanding of software testing principles in Agile environments. - 3+ years of professional experience as a Manual Tester in Agile development teams. - Solid experience in testing web applications and REST API integrations, including with third-party systems. - Hands-on expertise in defining test artifacts like epics, stories, and acceptance tests. - Proficiency with test management tools such as qTest, Tricentis, Zephyr, and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence). - Familiarity with DevSecOps processes: CI/CD, burndown, retrospectives, and test automation frameworks. - Strong skills in defect analysis and ability to identify exceptions in logs and APIs. - Competency in Microsoft Excel and reporting metrics to stakeholders. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Codzienne zadania: - Work with product owners to define clear and testable acceptance criteria. - Drive and manage testing phases of assigned projects in Agile delivery. - Create and implement test strategies, test cases, and test plans, covering regression, performance, integration, and functional testing. - Provide test scenarios for automation and performance validation. - Maintain and evolve manual test artifacts, metrics, and environments. - Collaborate in backlog refinement, task estimation, and testing in sprints. - Document test progress and defects in line with quality processes.
