Testing Strategy Lead

Nasze wymagania: Deep understanding of financial services industry, banking products and services as well as regulatory environment Deep understanding of business continuity and crisis management in context of cyber resilience and connected recovery methods, documentation and technologies Experience with technology stack in large banks and establishing disaster recovery process across business and technology Understanding of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and recovery planning with focus on testing these elements Experience in developing, implementing, and testing business continuity plans including table top, scenario, and technology testing Proficiency in creating, analysing, and testing disaster scenarios to evaluate recovery plans Background in technology infrastructure and systems testing to ensure robustness and recovery capabilities Proven track record of managing complex testing projects including planning, execution, and monitoring of recovery tests Understanding of banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards ensuring testing strategies meet expectations Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams involved in testing recovery plans Hybrid model: 2-3 days onsite per week Office locations: Gdynia, Gdansk or Warsaw Zakres obowiązków: Develop comprehensive testing strategy for MVB capabilities in 2026 and onwards to validate MVB risk reduction Establish detailed testing strategies for 2026 to ensure robust recovery capabilities and validate MVB plans Ensure dependencies for delivery of testing in 2026 are clearly defined Support setup of MVB testing and define long term testing plan Design and implement testing strategies: develop detailed testing plans for MVB response and recovery Include awareness, discrete, integrated, and coordinated testing Perform risk assessments, develop realistic disaster scenarios Refine testing strategies based on feedback and evolving circumstances Communicate testing strategies to stakeholders, ensure buy-in, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Oferujemy: • Life insurance • Private healthcare • MultiSport Card • Clear career path in a growing multinational organization
