Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2BWork model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
We are looking for a Application Security Coordinator to coordinate and drive remediation of security findings coming from penetration tests and vulnerability scans. This role acts as a central technical coordinator, ensuring that identified vulnerabilities are properly assessed, prioritised, and resolved in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Establishing and following Governance & Reporting

Expected competences and knowledge
• Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security
• Experience in vulnerability management and remediation processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret vulnerability scan results and penetration testing reports
• Knowledge of CVE, CWE, and CVSS standards
• Strong risk assessment and prioritization skills
• Experience coordinating remediation activities across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in regulated environments; banking sector experience is a plus
