Summary: This position is essential for ensuring the consistent delivery of corporate banking initiatives by managing scope and documentation alongside the primary Corporate Banking Lead. Main Responsibilities: • Partner with the existing Corporate Banking Lead. • Plan and run workshops for assigned sub-domains. • Develop detailed customer journey maps and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). • Ensure consistency in requirement standards and documentation quality. • Clarify product requirements, servicing processes, and operational workflows. • Engage with vendors and articulate customer journeys and business scenarios. • Maintain and track action logs, open issues, and clarification registers. • Coordinate across various teams including Payments, Accounts, Lending, Channels, and Architecture. Key Requirements: • Strong experience as a Corporate Banking Business Analyst or Functional Lead. • Proven ability to lead workshops and produce high-quality documentation. • Experience managing complex, multi-stream initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Nice to Have: • Detail-oriented with a focus on traceability. • Familiarity with structured delivery approaches. • Experience working with vendors in a corporate banking context.
