Nasze wymagania: At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related IT/security field. Strong understanding of endpoint protection technologies, EDR/XDR solutions, malware detection, and device hardening principles. Proven experience working with endpoint protection platforms, such as CrowdStrike or Trellix. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security architecture frameworks. Experience working in Agile environments, familiarity with DevOps tools, and risk management practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues to diverse audiences. Ability to translate complex security requirements into clear functional documentation. Fluent English (verbal and written). Mile widziane: Certifications in cybersecurity, business analysis, or project management (e.g., CISSP, CSBA, PMI-PBA). Knowledge of global data protection regulations such as GDPR. Experience working in large, multinational, highly regulated environments. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. Zakres obowiązków: Gathering, clarifying, and documenting business and technical requirements related to endpoint protection and malware prevention capabilities. Assisting in translating security needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. Supporting deployment and configuration activities for endpoint protection platforms such as CrowdStrike and Trellix. Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to define solution options and manage solution deployment. Participating in change management activities, including training and communication. Managing the requirements lifecycle from inception to retirement, supporting continuous improvement. Providing expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Engaging with stakeholder feedback, risk management, and driving security posture improvements across the organization.
