Key Expertise Areas You will bring deep knowledge across: 🔐 Cybersecurity & Governance • NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, FCA compliance • Enterprise risk management & control design • Security operations, audits, and regulatory engagement ☁️ Modern Security Domains • AI Security (LLMs, adversarial ML, AI governance, NIST AI RMF) • Application Security (DevSecOps, SAST/DAST/SCA, API security, OWASP) • Platform & Cloud Security (Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, SIEM/SOAR) 🏗️ Infrastructure & OT Security • SCADA, ICS, IEC62443, Purdue model • Industrial and enterprise convergence security 📊 Leadership & Strategy • Board-level reporting & executive communication • Global team leadership and transformation • Security culture & enterprise-wide awareness What we’re looking for • 15+ years in cybersecurity, risk, or technology leadership roles • Proven experience leading large international security teams • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders • Deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance, and enterprise risk • Certifications such as CISSP / CISM / CISA / CRISC (preferred) • Strategic thinker with ability to translate risk into business decisions 💬 If you are a seasoned cybersecurity leader ready to operate at board level and drive global impact, we would love to speak with you.
