Cloud Security Engineer / Architect

Our Client is an international technology organization delivering advanced IT solutions for highly regulated industries, operating globally and running large-scale, complex projects. The role focuses on developing and securing innovative AI-based products and enterprise-class systems. We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer / Architect to join the team and help design secure AI solutions and full-stack applications in line with international security standards. WORK MODE: 100% remote WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? • Design and implement security measures for AI agents, full-stack applications, and business platforms • Build and maintain DevSecOps pipelines (SAST, SCA, DAST, secret scanning) • Conduct threat modeling and enforce least-privilege access policies • Lead security initiatives for flagship AI products, such as UpToDate Expert AI • Ensure compliance with international security standards: SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 • Mentor engineers and promote a security-first culture within the team WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud security engineering (AWS and/or Azure) • Expert-level knowledge of Python and Bash for security automation • Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines • Strong background in threat modeling and security architecture • Ability to secure containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) • Understanding of AI/ML security challenges • Willingness to complete a live coding interview Nice to have: • Security certifications (AWS, Azure) • Experience with large-scale distributed systems • Knowledge of healthcare data protection and privacy regulations • Understanding of security considerations for large language models (LLM) WHY IS IT WORTH IT? • 100% remote work in an international team • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products in highly regulated industries • Access to training, certifications, and development programs • A collaborative, open, and security-focused work culture Thank you for all applications! We will contact selected candidates.
