Cloud Security SME – CNAPP (Cloud-Native Security Platform) Location: Kraków (hybrid, 6 days per month from the office) B2B Contract (via Antal) About the role We’re building the next generation of cloud-native security capability at global scale, and we’re looking for a Cloud Security SME to help shape it. This is not a pure engineering role and not a pure advisory role — it sits right in the middle. You’ll act as the bridge between security architecture, cloud engineering teams, and business stakeholders, translating complex security needs into scalable CNAPP capabilities used across a global enterprise. If you enjoy turning technical chaos into structured, deliverable security solutions — this role will fit. What you’ll do • Drive the adoption and evolution of CNAPP capabilities across cloud and container environments • Act as a subject matter expert in cloud security, covering vulnerability management, CSPM, compliance, and asset visibility • Work directly with engineers, architects, and control owners to shape requirements and define security solutions • Translate business and security needs into clear epics, features, and user stories in Agile delivery teams • Run workshops, design discussions, and technical alignment sessions with global stakeholders • Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements → design → delivery → validation • Support integration of CNAPP with enterprise platforms, including APIs, reporting systems, and data lakes • Provide guidance on secure cloud and container architecture decisions What we’re looking for • Strong background in cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Hands-on understanding of CNAPP / CSPM / vulnerability management tooling • Experience working in Agile environments (epics, user stories, backlog) • Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease • Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes environments • Experience with API-driven integrations and cloud security ecosystems • Strong communication skills and ability to drive alignment in complex environments Nice to have • Exposure to data platforms (e.g., data lakes, Databricks) • Cloud security certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, CIS, etc.) Why apply for an Antal job offer?
