Are you an experienced Authentication Service Owner with deep expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA and SSO? emagine has an opportunity for you to own, manage and continuously improve enterprise authentication services within a highly collaborative, security‑focused environment. Skills & Experience • Active Directory – Expert • Microsoft Entra ID – Expert • Single Sign-On (SSO) – Expert • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – Expert • Proven experience owning or managing critical IT security/authentication services • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable operating autonomously in a distributed, remote setup • Fluent in English, experienced working in an international environment Responsibilities & Deliverables Service Delivery & Performance • Own end‑to‑end delivery of Directory, MFA and SSO services • Ensure services meet agreed performance standards and internal customer expectations • Define, track and analyse KPIs and service metrics, proactively driving improvements Incident & Change Management • Act as the primary service contact for IT teams and business stakeholders • Serve as escalation point for major authentication-related incidents • Review, approve and oversee service changes, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with best‑practice change management Service Strategy & Design • Work closely with Architects and Engineers on the authentication service roadmap • Ensure services align with business objectives, security requirements and user needs • Contribute to the creation and negotiation of SLAs and OLAs Risk & Compliance Management • Identify, assess and mitigate business and security risks related to identity and authentication services • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards and relevant regulations Continuous Improvement • Drive service enhancement initiatives across Directory, MFA and SSO • Lead regular service reviews and audits, ensuring ongoing compliance and operational excellence Why emagine?
