Practical experience in cybersecurity, security operations or SOC environments.
Broad knowledge of cloud and on-premises security.
Experience in leading or coordinating a technical team.
A hands-on mindset and genuine passion for cybersecurity.
Strong ownership, self-organization and time-management skills.
A proactive approach — you see what needs to be done and move it forward.
Very good English skills.
German would be an advantage.

Lead a small team, stay close to technology, shape our SOC and turn ideas into action — without waiting for a ready-made task list
Zakres obowiązków:
Lead and further develop our SOC and cybersecurity team.
Introduce new cybersecurity technologies internally and for our customers.
Strengthen automation within the SOC.
Support security topics across cloud and on-premises environments.
Identify areas for improvement and turn them into concrete actions.
Organize priorities and drive initiatives without waiting for detailed instructions.
Remain actively involved in technical work.
