O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care  - Co-financing for the sports card  - Constant support of dedicated consultant  - Employee referral program Wymagania: Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, preferably in large enterprise environments  - Proven experience working as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert within a large-scale Insider Threat Program  - Hands-on experience with multiple Cyber Security tools related to threat detection, monitoring, and protection  - Strong technical and risk management expertise in cyber security environments  - Documented professional experience in the financial sector within the EU  - Experience working with technical security documentation  - Experience in banking or financial institutions  - Very good command of English (oral and written)  Nice to have: - Cyber Security certifications or formal education in the cyber security domain  - Experience working as an IT Security Architect  - Experience in Project Management within cyber security initiatives Codzienne zadania: - Conduct a documented assessment of existing Cyber Security tools and their effectiveness in preventing, detecting, and protecting against insider threats  - Analyse current security capabilities and identify gaps in internal threat monitoring and response mechanisms  - Provide clear recommendations for improvements and prioritise required adjustments  - Support the implementation of recommended changes and enhancements  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical security controls and organisational risk management requirements  - Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to the assessment and proposed improvements
