Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities: • Conduct a documented assessment of existing Cyber Security tools and their effectiveness in preventing, detecting, and protecting against insider threats • Analyse current security capabilities and identify gaps in internal threat monitoring and response mechanisms • Provide clear recommendations for improvements and prioritise required adjustments • Support the implementation of recommended changes and enhancements • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical security controls and organisational risk management requirements • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to the assessment and proposed improvements   Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, preferably in large enterprise environments • Proven experience working as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert within a large-scale Insider Threat Program • Hands-on experience with multiple Cyber Security tools related to threat detection, monitoring, and protection • Strong technical and risk management expertise in cyber security environments • Documented professional experience in the financial sector within the EU • Experience working with technical security documentation • Experience in banking or financial institutions • Very good command of English (oral and written) Nice to have: • Cyber Security certifications or formal education in the cyber security domain • Experience working as an IT Security Architect • Experience in Project Management within cyber security initiatives   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
