Nasze wymagania:
Strong experience in Strategic CTI, cyber risk, or cyber strategy
Experience using threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Recorded Future or similar)
Ability to connect technical cybersecurity insights with business and operational decisions
Strong communication skills across executive and technical (IT lead) audiences
Proven ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable guidance and drive change
Mile widziane:
Experience in enterprise or consulting/risk advisory environments
Familiarity with security governance and risk frameworks
CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are a plus

We are seeking a Strategic CTI expert with strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset. The role focuses on turning cyber threat intelligence into clear, actionable priorities that drive rapid and practical change across leadership and IT teams.
We are looking for someone who can bridge deep cybersecurity understanding with tactical and strategic decision-making in a structured, advisory-style environment.
Zakres obowiązków:
Analyze and communicate the Group’s cyber threat landscape and its business and operational impact
Use tools such as Recorded Future to identify relevant tactical threats and drive timely response actions
Translate threats, incidents, and external developments into clear priorities and actions for leadership and IT teams
Conduct root cause analyses of incidents and identify practical improvements across teams and processes
Deliver executive and IT leadership briefings, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations
Drive rapid adoption of threat-informed changes within IT teams and operations
Support leadership in prioritizing security and risk initiatives
