Opis stanowiska
As a Cybersecurity Expert focusing on Encryption and Key Management, you will research, evaluate and recommend updates to new and existing policies and procedures so that encryption and key management standards remain aligned with internal and regulatory requirements. You will manage the process of gathering, analysing and assessing the current and future encryption landscape in the bank, including in the context of post-quantum threats. You will recommend, review and document relevant cryptographic controls to support and enforce defined security policies and operationalise a cryptographic key inventory and risk assessment programme to achieve business goals with clear success criteria. Key responsibilities • Research, evaluate and recommend updates to encryption and key management policies and procedures • Gather, analyse and assess the current and future encryption landscape in the bank, including post-quantum aspects • Recommend, review and document cryptographic controls to support security policies • Operationalise cryptographic key inventory and risk assessment programmes Ideal candidate profile • Knowledge of Encryption and Key Management domain on an expert level • Practical experience with utilization of cryptography in complex business solutions • Proven track record in Information Security role including experience and knowledge of Information Security practices oriented on cryptographic standards and processes • Solid knowledge of Banking regulations related to cryptography, e.g., Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) • Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and other relevant regulations being subject of audit from institutions such as European Central Bank and, FSA, other EU/US Financial Authorities and Bank • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience working in an international enterprise environment (nice to have) Conditions • B2B contract with an hourly rate of 120–150 PLN net • Hybrid work model: 3 days per week on site • Private medical care • Life insurance • Multisport card Recruitment steps • Initial phone call with a recruiter (20–30 minutes) • Technical verification call with the client • Interview with the client • Final feedback and decision
