Cybersecurity Senior Manager IAM Directory and Authentication

Nasze wymagania: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or at least five years’ experience in a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity and Access Management, Authentication and Directory Services. In depth hands on experience with implementing authentication solutions, strengthening controls for directory services and maintaining positive user experience. Strong understanding of AD, Entra, SSO, MFA, Federation and industry best practices Working knowledge of common IAM solutions such as IGA, PAM, SSO, Authentication, MFA. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using common tools such as Microsoft Excel analytical features. Data driven and fact based decision making capability. Successful Process Improvement initiatives. Strong communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels with large global organizations. Zakres obowiązków: Drive and evangelize the global strategy of authentication and directory security services with focus on both cybersecurity and user experience. Define success criteria and Key Performance Indicators for identifying and managing cybersecurity identity risk associated with authentication and directory services. Automate the security configuration management for both traditional Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD). Ensure holistic and effective authentication strategy for multi cloud environment including AWS, Azure and GCP. Capture, manage and escalate issues effectively and ensure risks are mitigated, production stability and user experience is maintained. Evaluate conditional access policies, privileged access controls and overall security health for traditional AD, MS Entra and AWS. Expedite application onboarding and shift towards self service where possible for Authentication, Single Sign On, Password Resets, and Multifactor Authentication (MFA). Drive externally facing applications and critical applications towards MFA. Professional development in current IAM best practices and professional development in Leadership, technical security architecture and directory security services.
