Cybersecurity Specialist

O projekcie: The project is planned until the end of the year. There is a possibility of extension in the future; however, at this stage, we are considering cooperation until year-end only. Wymagania: - Lead and coordinate the migration of the company’s Zero Trust Remote Access solution from the current provider to a new platform. - Act as the main technical point of contact between internal teams and external vendors throughout the migration process. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, runbooks and operational guides related to the migration project. - Support daily cybersecurity operations related to security tools such as web proxies, endpoint detection & response (EDR) solutions and Zero Trust Network Access platforms. - Define security policies, manage exceptions and troubleshoot issues connected with cybersecurity tools and infrastructure. - Participate in improving cybersecurity operational processes, controls and best practices across the organization. - Create and maintain documentation dedicated to cybersecurity operations and support processes. - Perform initial incident response activities for alerts escalated by the Security Operations Center- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with two days per week from the office.- Willingness to join a project scheduled until the end of the year. Codzienne zadania: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security or a related technical field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or at least 4 years of experience in IT roles with exposure to security-related responsibilities. - Practical knowledge of cybersecurity operations and network security concepts. - Experience with Zero Trust Network Access solutions will be considered a strong advantage. - Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python) are welcome. - Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Azure or Microsoft 365 environments will be an additional asset. - Ability to work independently in a small, cross-functional and international team environment. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving approach and attention to detail. - Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. - Customer-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
