Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with practical knowledge in at least one area such as network and system security, application security, SOC/SIEM/incident response, or governance, risk & compliance
Experience in conducting workshops or training sessions, whether internal, conference-based, or academic
Strong soft skills, including openness, flexibility, and effective communication
Fluent Polish
Advanced level of English
Mile widziane:
Possession of cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
Previous work with SOC, SIEM, EDR/XDR tools, or in the DevSecOps area
Familiarity with current regulatory requirements and trends in AI/LLM security
Experience in designing labs, CTFs, or practical security exercises

You will engage in interesting training projects beyond your daily responsibilities, with the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or from the office.
Zakres obowiązków:
Conducting training sessions on various cybersecurity topics, including digital hygiene, phishing, and OWASP Top 10
Designing and delivering workshops tailored to the needs of business users and technical teams
Sharing knowledge on incident response procedures and modern ransomware threats
Providing insights into governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop training materials and resources that meet industry standards
Staying updated on current regulatory requirements and trends in AI/LLM security
