Opis stanowiska

For our international client, we are looking for a senior Data & AI Security Expert who will act as a key authority in shaping how security is approached across modern AI-driven solutions. This role goes beyond standard security engineering — you will be responsible for defining how AI use cases are assessed, secured, and governed across the organization. You will work closely with both technical and business teams to evaluate new ideas, identify risks, and design practical security controls embedded into data platforms and AI systems. You’ll play a central role in building a structured, scalable approach to securing AI — from early-stage concepts to production environments. Apply if you have: • Strong experience in data security, application security, or cloud security roles • Hands-on understanding of AI/ML ecosystems and how models are developed, deployed, and integrated with enterprise systems • Experience in conducting risk assessments and threat modeling for complex systems (including AI-driven solutions) • Ability to translate technical risks into practical security controls and recommendations • Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data platforms • Good understanding of security principles such as access control, encryption, and data protection • Experience working with stakeholders across engineering, data, and business teams • Very good English communication skills (C1 level or equivalent) Nice to have: • Experience with platforms such as Databricks or Azure AI / Foundry • Knowledge of AI-specific risks (e.g. model manipulation, data leakage, adversarial scenarios) • Familiarity with privacy-enhancing techniques and secure AI design patterns • Background in governance, compliance, or security standards (e.g. ISO, NIST, GDPR) • Experience supporting incident response or security investigations in data/AI environments • Programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL) You'll be joining: An international environment where AI adoption is rapidly growing, and where security needs to keep pace with innovation. You will be working on defining how AI-driven solutions are evaluated and secured — from analyzing new use cases, through identifying potential risks, to designing and implementing security controls. This includes working on scenarios where AI systems interact with critical enterprise platforms, data environments, and decision-making processes. • This role offers real ownership and impact — you will help shape the standards, approaches, and best practices for securing AI across the organization, while acting as a trusted expert and advisor for both technical and business stakeholders.
