Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: Data & AI Security Expert / Process Manager We are looking for: a person who combines strong hands-on expertise in data and AI security with the ability to coordinate cybersecurity demand, improve processes, and work across technical and business teams. In this role, you will shape security standards for data platforms and AI/ML environments, while also helping structure how cybersecurity initiatives are planned, prioritized, and delivered across the organization. Wymagania: - strong understanding of data security principles, cryptography, privacy-enhancing technologies, and access control models - experience securing data platforms, AI models, machine learning pipelines, and MLOps environments - knowledge of AI-specific risks such as adversarial attacks, model poisoning, data bias, explainability, and ethical AI usage - hands-on experience with securing data ingestion, storage, processing, and sharing across cloud and on-prem environments - familiarity with data privacy regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and broader data governance frameworks - experience with cloud security in Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as data protection tools such as DLP or CASB - good working knowledge of Python, SQL, and security automation tools - ability to conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and support incident response or forensic investigations related to data or AI misuse - experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including cybersecurity, IT, business teams, and product teams - ability to capture, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity-related demand based on risk, business impact, and strategic goals - experience designing, documenting, and improving cybersecurity processes, workflows, and governance practices - confidence in stakeholder communication, reporting, and coordinating delivery timelines - 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, data security, AI/ML security, or cybersecurity process / demand management Nice to have: - experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow - knowledge of process modeling frameworks such as BPMN - experience with project or portfolio management - certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional ML Engineer, ITIL, COBIT, PMP, or PRINCE2 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field
