Technical Skills: • Proficiency in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or alternatives (e.g., monday.com). • Excellent planning, reporting, and documentation skills. We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join the Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team and lead strategic initiatives that enhance security culture and resilience. Zakres obowiązków: Deliver medium-sized projects across the Build and Operate workstream, supporting system integrations, product optimization, and automated workflows for cybersecurity education controls. Support programme workstreams with ad hoc analysis of new requests for prioritization. Apply agile methodology principles to plan, manage, and deliver solutions, including mentoring teams on agile practices. Ensure adherence to governance processes around prioritization, delivery, and operational support. Align project activities with wider programme objectives and manage dependencies for successful delivery. Identify and manage risks and issues against the delivery plan. Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects and produce regular status reports. Contribute to business transition plans, ensuring all delivery expectations are met before handover to BAU.
