DORA Technical SME (Network Security / IT Security) (m/f/d) Location: Poland -Remote Employment Type: B2B Languages: English (C1 /C2) YOUR ROLE DORA Advisory & Technical Support: You advise legal entities on IT and IT Security topics related to DORA requirements, providing expert guidance across enterprise-wide implementation activities and bring Hands on experience with DORA Projects. Technical Query Management: You respond to technical queries from affiliates and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate clarification of DORA controls, deliverables, and expectations. Gap Analysis & Assessments: You conduct gap analyses per affiliate based on assessments and questionnaires, identifying network security and IT security gaps against DORA requirements. Solution Design & Recommendations: You participate in Solution Panels and propose technical solutions. You recommend remediation actions for identified gaps and assess existing solutions for suitability to meet DORA compliance objectives. Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement: You run remote and onsite workshops to align affiliates on DORA implementation, technical readiness, and remediation approaches. Mapping & Compliance Alignment: You map group technology solutions to DORA requirements and support evidence verification activities in collaboration with oversight teams. Portfolio & Delivery Support: You provide technical support to DORA portfolio projects, validating scope, offering progress insights, and ensuring alignment with program objectives. Documentation & Reporting: You prepare technical documentation, assessment outputs, and reports to support governance, compliance tracking, and executive visibility. Quality & Continuous Improvement: You actively contribute to continuous improvement by refining assessment approaches, strengthening technical alignment, and promoting best practices in network security and IT security readiness. MUST-HAVE SKILLS: • Proven hands-on experience with DORA implementation projects • Strong knowledge of DORA requirements, controls, and deliverables • Solid background in Network Security and IT Security • Experience conducting gap assessments and remediation planning • Ability to map technical solutions to regulatory compliance frameworks • Experience running technical workshops and stakeholder sessions • Strong documentation and reporting skills for governance and audits • English C1/C2 WHAT WE OFFER • B2B Contract • Competitive salary • International projects • Career development opportunities
