ETF Expert

Summary: This role focuses on providing ETF expertise to support product development and regulatory compliance, essential for effective asset management operations. Main Responsibilities:Core duty: Participation in the professional support and further development of ETF products. • Professional support and further development of ETF products. • Analysis of ETF structures (physical, synthetic, replication methods, index logic). • Support in product launches, adjustments, and lifecycle topics. • Collaboration with internal departments: • Assessment of regulatory requirements in the ETF environment (e.g. UCITS, PRIIPs, MiFID II). • Preparation and review of technical documentation (e.g. factsheets, product information, internal technical concepts). • Subject-matter expert and point of contact for ETF-related questions. • Support in process optimizations related to ETF products. Key Requirements: • Several years of experience in the ETF or asset management environment. • Very good understanding of: • ETF structures. • Index products. • Capital market mechanisms. • Experience with regulatory frameworks (UCITS, PRIIPs, KIID/KID, etc.). • Ability to present complex capital market topics in a clear and understandable manner. • Experience working with various specialist departments. • Structured and analytical way of working. Nice to Have: • Experience at a capital management company (KVG), fund management company, or ETF provider. • Knowledge of data analysis or reporting in the fund environment. • Project work in a product or process environment.
