Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model.As an Expert Cloud Governance & Risk Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization committed to innovation and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping cloud oversight strategies, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and enabling sustainable growth through effective governance frameworks. Your main responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Cloud Governance Forum, ensuring all actions are effectively captured and executed. • Identify, escalate, and track risks and issues related to Cloud Services through appropriate governance channels. • Act as the main point of contact for Cloud governance across assigned markets, including regulatory consultations. • Represent Cloud Services in country-level IT governance meetings. • Oversee the Cloud Management Model across assigned markets, including the delivery of required reports. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 4 years of experience in technology risk management within financial services. • Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to Cloud services in the UK. • Proven ability to lead governance forums and ensure effective action tracking and follow-through. • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including interactions with regulators. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate senior stakeholder communication and cross-functional interactions. • Commitment to ethical standards, operational resilience, and proactive risk mitigation. It is a strong plus if you have: • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in other European countries. • Certifications in risk management or cloud security (e.g., ISO 27001, CCSK). Language Required for the role: • Fluent in Polish and English.
