Expert knowledge of network design, firewalls, IDPS, load balancing, DDoS mitigation, WAF, and network segmentation. Deep understanding of network security threats, risks, and mitigation strategies. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to analyze complex network and security data to support decision-making. Experience coaching and leading technical teams and projects. Proficiency with Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Mile widziane: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Cybersecurity. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNA, CCIE. Scripting skills in Python, Perl, or similar languages. Knowledge of cloud security and cloud computing concepts. Familiarity with security operations, incident response, and SIEM tools. Review and advise on security controls related to network architecture, ensuring compliance with best practices. Analyze network logs and cybersecurity data to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities. Lead initiatives to improve the organization’s network security posture through innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support cybersecurity projects and drive best practices. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest network security threats, solutions, and industry standards. Support the implementation of corrective and preventive cybersecurity measures.
